Hello, lovelies!

As you know by now, thanks to my post Fandom Accessories: Release Your Inner Disnerd, I love the MCU. While I love all of the Avengers, I am firmly Team Cap. I wore this outfit to see Captain America: Civil War, but it’s perfect for the 4th of July next week.
The Outfit
This whole outfit, like a lot of my outfits, is from Modcloth. I paired their Intern of Fate skirt in navy with their Needed Nostalgia Top. This top, by Hell Bunny, is almost sold out on Modcloth, but Unique Vintage still has it in both red and blue pinstripes. I don’t wear crop tops often, but I make an exception for this one. Be careful! It does run a bit small, and it doesn’t stretch at all. I’m obsessed with this skirt. I already have it in 3 colors, and I just ordered it in a 4th. The nude flats are also from Modcloth, but they’re super old. I’m pretty sure they aren’t on the site anymore.
Whenever I wear this top, I have to use my Captain America collar clips from FemmeDeBloom. You really should check her out on Etsy. Her shop is amazing!
Face and Hair
The giant flower in my hair is a tiare from So Real’s San Francisco Japantown location. Excuse all of the frizzies, please. It’s so hot and humid in the South. I used my everyday makeup, as outlined in Makeup Monday: Bold Fuchsia Lips, with ColourPop’s Ultra Matte Lip in LAX. A good red lipstick always makes me feel like I’m serving a little Agent Peggy Carter realness.
If you’re in the States, what will you wear for the 4th? If you’re not in the States, does Marvel ever find its way into your wardrobe? Are you Team Cap or Team Iron Man? Let me know in the comments. xo
